fix: remove double send in sendMessage

sendMessage ждал responsePromise и отправлял текст ЕЩЁ РАЗ.
Но event subscription уже отправил все step-сообщения
(с reasoning, tools и text).

Убран await matrix.sendReply(context, responseText) —
двойная отправка была причиной дубликата.
