Christoph Wurst	2317d7bb49	Fix sinon.stub deprecation warnings ... Calls to `sinon.stub(obj, 'meth', fn)` are deprecated and therefore replaced by `sinon.stub(obj, 'meth).callsFake(fn)` as instructed by the deprecation warning.
