Add route to resolve fileid to files app URL
...
The following routes will redirect to the files app and display the
matching folder. If the fileid is a file, it will scroll to it.
- http://localhost/owncloud/index.php/f/$fileid
- http://localhost/owncloud/index.php/files/?dir=somedir&fileid=$fileid

The login process needs to be completed before we can safely create
the users home folder. For example we need to give encryption a chance
to initialize the users encryption keys in order to copy the skeleton
files correctly

cache can grow to significant sizes. This can be especially problematic
when running big cron/repair jobs.
