Bart Visscher a33f580db1 Remove OC_App::register function 
The data supplied is never used in OwnCloud. Removed the call from all the apps, and made the public API function empty.

header('X-Frame-Options: Sameorigin');
                header('X-XSS-Protection: 1; mode=block');
                header('X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff');
