Add timeout to user and group deletion notification

Added timeout in DeleteHandler to auto-delete after a delay.
Fixed issue where OC.Notification.hide() was called twice in a row when
deleting multiple entries, causing the second notification to disappear.
Fixed issue where "undo" click event handler was registered multiple
times when calling setNotifications() twice.
Added JS unit tests for the DeleteHandler class.
Refix undo users, groups feature
Timeout is now cleared in cancel().
Fixed click handler name for "undo" to be able to work with multiple
DeleteHandler instances (in our case one for users and one for groups)
so that there is no conflict.

This tests whether a user can see navigation entries after enabling
apps. This includes the app's group restriction.
This currently expects that a group "group1" exists until we have code
to auto-generate groups.
This commit also provides a utility function
Page.multiselectSetSelection() to make it possible to select entries
inside a multiselect.

Fix issue where the currently logged user was causing side-effects when
upgrading.
Now setting incognito mode (no user) on update to make sure the whole
apps list is taken into account with getEnabledApps() or isEnabled().

Fix unit test messing up the transaction on Oracle

Since the unit test is skipped anyway for Oracle, the dropTable() call
should be skipped as well to avoid having a leftover transaction and
cause further transactions to be nested and break the next test suites

Now using a natural sort algorithm that is more consistent between JS
and PHP (although not perfect in some corner cases)
- added OC.Util.naturalSortComparator that uses the same algo that was
used for the user list
- changed user list and files list to use OC.Util.naturalSortComparator
- removed toLowerCase() and changed the comparator to use
String.localeCompare()
- added unit tests
- added OC_NaturalSort that is used by OCP\Util::naturalSortCompare()

Some tests don't clean up the file cache and sometimes entries are
reused by mistake in subsequent test suites.
This cleans up the file cache and storage after every test suite and
also shows an annoying warning.

Namespacing for FileList, FileActions and trashbin app

- FileList is now an instantiable class
- FileActions is now in namespace
- added App class for trashbin app
- moved trashbin overrides into classes extending FileList
- replaced many static calls with "this." or "self." to make the classes
reusable/extendable
- new URL parameter "view" to specify which view is shown, for example
"files" or "trashbin"
- added OC.Util.History utility class in core for handling history
- moved URL handling/routing to OCA.Files.App
- popstate will correctly update the current view and notify the view of
the URL change so it can update the current dir
- added JS unitt tests for the trashbin app
- fixed public app to work with the new namespaces

When using user-defined stream wrappers, PHP will
return a maximum of 8192 bytes even if more was
requested.
This fix uses stream_get_contents to make sure the full stream is read
and not only the first 8 KB.
Added unit test with a bigger test file to cover this case.

address" that owncloud uses has to be configurable.
This patch adds a new configuration variable 'mail_from_address'.
If it is configured, owncloud will use this as the sender of *all*
emails. (OwnCloud uses 'sharing-noreply' and 'password-noreply' by
default). By using the 'mail_from_address' configuration, only this
email address will be used.

Fixed quota wrapper to not wrap failed fopen streams

When calling fopen() on some storage types, these return false instead
of throwing an exception.
This fix makes sure that in case the stream wasn't opened (for example
when a file doesn't exist any more) the stream isn't wrapped.
Also added 'rb' as another case that doesn't need to be wrapped.

Quota storage wrapper is now used for all users in sharing mode
...
When accessing a shared folder, the folder's owner appears as mountpoint
but wasn't wrapped by a quota storage wrapper.
This fix makes sure that all home storages are wrapped by a quota
storage wrapper, if applicable, to make sure quotas are respected when
uploading into shared folders.

Ensure instanceid contains a letter
...
instanceid is generated by uniqid() and then used as the
session_name. Because session_name requires at least one letter
and uniqid() does not guarantee to provide that, in the case that
uniqid() generates a string of only digits, the user will be stuck
in an infinite login loop because every request will generate a
new PHP session.

restructuring test suite invocation - now we load all test cases into one suite and execute this single suite. this is necessary to be able to generate one xml report and is also a precondition for code coverage analysis(which will follow soon)
