Enable chunking for bigger files in authenticated web upload

This commit adds chunked uploads in the Web UI (for authenticated users,
but not for public uploads). To do that the server endpoint used by the
uploader is changed from WebDAV v1 to WebDAV v2. The chunking itself is
done automatically by the jQuery-File-Upload plugin when the
"maxChunkSize" parameter is set; in "fileuploadchunksend" the request is
adjusted to adapt the behaviour of the plugin to the one expected by
"uploads/" in WebDAV v2.
The chunk size to be used by the Web UI can be set in the
"max_chunk_size" parameter of the Files app configuration. By default it
is set to 10MiB.

Add proper handling of files without permissions

Now a file gets its directory permissions only if it contained no
permissions (they were undefined or null), but not if its permissions
were set to "NONE".
Besides that, now file actions that do not require any permission on the
file to be performed can be used on files that have no permissions.

Fix contacts menu for IE11

IE11 triggers an 'input' event whenever an input is focussed
or loses focus. Thus this causes an endless loading loop as soon
as the view is re-rendered. To prevent this, this remembers the
previous search term and ignores events where the term has not
changed.

Use "?" instead of user ID as seed for the image placeholder

The seed of the image placeholder is needed to generate the background
color of the image, but as the background color is later overriden any
seed could be used. When no text is explicitly given the seed is used as
text too, so there is no need to pass the user ID and simply using "?"
as seed is enough.

Unify appearance of avatars for undefined and unknown users

When calling the jQuery avatar plugin with a user that did not exist
(that is, users for which "/avatar/{user}/{size}" return a JSON response
with an empty "displayname" value) "?" on a grey background was shown.
However, if the jQuery avatar plugin was called with an undefined
JavaScript value then "?" was shown on a bluish background. This commit
unifies both cases to use the grey background.
The unit tests were also modified to ensure that the grey background is
used in both cases.

Replace loading icon GIF with pure CSS loading icon

The pure CSS loading icon uses an ::after pseudo-element, and thus it
can only be used on container elements; the input element is not a
container element, so when the class "icon-loading-small" is set on an
input element it falls back to a loading icon GIF.
This commit modifies the markup of the login button to add a div element
that holds the confirm icon and the loading icon (depending on the
case). In order to position the icon in the same place as before the
input and the icon are both wrapped by another div making possible to
set the absolute position of the icon relative to the input.

"select2-toggleselect.js" provides an extension to Select2 that makes
possible to unselect items in a multi-select dropdown by clicking on
them. It seems that its load slipped through when moving things around
in commit 6a470e59356b8c52115fe2790666027f38977604; this commit adds it
to the JavaScript files to be loaded in the same position that it should
have had in that commit (based on how the other declarations were
moved).

Fix sorting of favorite files
...
The sort comparator checks the "isFavorite" property of the FileInfo
objects to compare. That property is set when the file list is loaded
and the response from the server is parsed, and thus a freshly loaded
file list has the proper sorting for favorite files. However, the
property is not set in other cases, like when the FileInfo objects are
derived from FileInfoModels due to a file being marked as a favorite or
a text editor being closed, which causes the file to be sorted in the
wrong position.
There is no need to add the property in those situations, though; in all
cases the TagsPlugin adds a "tags" array property that contains an
OC.TAG_FAVORITE tag, so that tag can be checked instead of "isFavorite".
Moreover, although "isFavorite" was added by the main "_parseFileInfo"
function it did not really belong there but to the "FileInfoParser" from
the TagsPlugin; however, as that property now is not used anywhere it
was removed altogether.
A cleaner solution would have been to make the sort comparator
extensible by plugins like other behaviours of the file list and then
add the sorting logic related to favorite files to the TagsPlugin.
However, right now only the TagsPlugin would need to alter the main
sorting logic, and it seems like a corner case anyway. Even if it is
implemented as a plugin, favorite files is a core feature, so for the
time being it will be taken into account directly in the main sorting
logic; making the sort comparator extensible by plugins is defered until
there are other use cases for that.

Add new auth flow

This implements the basics for the new app-password based authentication flow for our clients.
The current implementation tries to keep it as simple as possible and works the following way:
1. Unauthenticated client opens `/index.php/login/flow`
2. User will be asked whether they want to grant access to the client
3. If accepted the user has the chance to do so using existing App Token or automatically generate an app password.
If the user chooses to use an existing app token then that one will simply be redirected to the `nc://` protocol handler.
While we can improve on that in the future, I think keeping this smaller at the moment has its advantages. Also, in the
near future we have to think about an automatic migration endpoint so there's that anyways :-)
If the user chooses to use the regular login the following happens:
1. A session state token is written to the session
2. User is redirected to the login page
3. If successfully authenticated they will be redirected to a page redirecting to the POST controller
4. The POST controller will check if the CSRF token as well as the state token is correct, if yes the user will be redirected to the `nc://` protocol handler.
This approach is quite simple but also allows to be extended in the future. One could for example allow external websites to consume this authentication endpoint as well.

appears inside the text input, to the right end.
The CSS was adjusted based on other icons shown in that position for

Harden JS by disabling jQuery eval

Disable execution of eval in jQuery. We do require an allowed eval CSP
configuration at the moment for handlebars et al. But for jQuery there is
not much of a reason to execute JavaScript directly via eval.
This thus mitigates some unexpected XSS vectors. As example try to insert
`$('.fileinfo').html('<a href="asd"><script>alert(1)</script></a>');`
with and without this patch in your browsers JS console when the file list
is opened.

Make it possible to filter by tags with REPORT method
...
Enhanced the REPORT method on the Webdav endpoint and added a
"oc:favorite" filter rule. When set, it will return a flat list of
results filtered with only favorite files.
The web UI was also adjusted to use this REPORT method instead of the
private API endpoint.

Fixup getURLParameter behavior

This commit further changes the behavior of getURLParmeter to handle
encoded parameter values and returns the decoded string and improves
behavior for parameters without value and multiple equals and other
similar cases which did not work before. See the comments at
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1403888/get-escaped-url-parameter for
a list of the issues handled by the updated implementation.
This change does not change the general behavior of the function. Empty
or non existing parameters still return an empty string ('').

Pass redirect_url through setup form

When accessing a 'not set up' Nextcloud with a redirect_url parameter
the parameter will is added to the setup POST request, resulting in the
requested redirect after setup is complete.
This is required in scenarios where Nextcloud is used as authorization
provider like on the Spreedbox to allow redirection to the required page
when normally a login form would be shown but the setup form is shown
instead.

Users page lazy multiselect group dropdowns

Instead of pre-rendering all multiselects with lots of group entries,
the current groups are now displayed as simple labels.
Behind the labels there is a pencil icon like for other fields.
When clicking the pencil icon, the dropdown will be spawned and will
open itself.
Upon closing of the dropdown, the label comes back with the updated
selection and the dropdown is destroyed.

Add explicit delete permission to link shares

Link shares always allowed deletion, however internally the permissions
were stored as 7 which lacked delete permissions. This created an
inconsistency in the Webdav permissions.
This fix makes sure we include delete permissions in the share
permissions, which now become 15.
In case a client is still passing 7 for legacy reasons, it gets
converted automatically to 15.

Whenever a user navigates away, all ajax calls will fail with the same
result like a cross-domain redirect (SSO). To distinguish these cases,
we need to detect whether the error is a result of the user navigating
away. For this, we introduce a new flag that will be set in
"beforeunload".
Additional handling was required for false positives in case "beforeunload" is
used (ex: cancelled upload) and the user cancelled the navigation.

Move update notification code into app

Moves the update notification code in a single app. This is required since we want to use SSO for the new updater and for this have some code running in ownCloud as well (and we don't want that in core neccessarily). This app can provide that in the future, right now it's only the update notification itself. Will continue working on the SSO right away but wanted to keep the PR small.
Furthermore also makes some more code unit-testable...

[Avatars] Calculate 'sane' hue precissions

We used to get the numeric value of the entrire md5 string which is a
128bit integer. We would then devide this by the maxval of a 128bit int.
There is no need for such huge computations. As we just require a value
between 0 and 255. Thus using two 16 bit values is more than enough to
get the precision we need. By just taking the MSB we get nearly
identical results.

When clicking on the unshare link (trash icon), the correct link element
needs to be used instead of whatever child was clicked. Then, that
element might contain a visible loading icon.
This fixes the spinner detection and also prevents a full page reload in
case the spinner was visible.

Whenever link share is not allowed, it was outputting a bogus sharing
field which name would conflict with the regular sharing field.
This fix makes sure that the bogus sharing field with "Resharing not
allowed" message only appears when triggered by removed share
permissions.

[Avatars] JS should not load same avatar twice

Old code first dit an ajax request to the avatar. Then a new image
object with the same src was created and since we do not cache avatars
yet :( this resulted in 2 sequential requests to the exact same URL
Now if you set the displayname it will first set the placeholder and
then load the avatar in the background. Only once this time!

This changeset allows ownCloud to run with pretty URLs, they will be used if mod_rewrite and mod_env are available. This means basically that the `index.php` in the URL is not shown to the user anymore.
Also the not deprecated functions to generate URLs have been modified to support this behaviour, old functions such as `filePath` will still behave as before for compatibility reasons.
Examples:
http://localhost/owncloud/index.php/s/AIDyKbxiRZWAAjP => http://localhost/owncloud/s/AIDyKbxiRZWAAjP
http://localhost/owncloud/index.php/apps/files/ => http://localhost/owncloud/apps/files/
Due to the way our CSS and JS is structured the .htaccess uses some hacks for the final result but could be worse... And I was just annoyed by all that users crying for the removal of `index.php` ;-)

This PR implements the base foundation of the code signing and integrity check. In this PR implemented is the signing and verification logic, as well as commands to sign single apps or the core repository.
Furthermore, there is a basic implementation to display problems with the code integrity on the update screen.
Code signing basically happens the following way:
- There is a ownCloud Root Certificate authority stored `resources/codesigning/root.crt` (in this PR I also ship the private key which we obviously need to change before a release 😉 ). This certificate is not intended to be used for signing directly and only is used to sign new certificates.
- Using the `integrity:sign-core` and `integrity:sign-app` commands developers can sign either the core release or a single app. The core release needs to be signed with a certificate that has a CN of `core`, apps need to be signed with a certificate that either has a CN of `core` (shipped apps!) or the AppID.
- The command generates a signature.json file of the following format:

`hashes` is an array of all files in the folder with their corresponding SHA512 hashes (this is actually quite cheap to calculate), the `certificate` is the certificate used for signing. It has to be issued by the ownCloud Root Authority and it's CN needs to be permitted to perform the required action. The `signature` is then a signature of the `hashes` which can be verified using the `certificate`.
Steps to do in other PRs, this is already a quite huge one:
- Add nag screen in case the code check fails to ensure that administrators are aware of this.
- Add code verification also to OCC upgrade and unify display code more.
- Add enforced code verification to apps shipped from the appstore with a level of "official"
- Add enfocrced code verification to apps shipped from the appstore that were already signed in a previous release
- Add some developer documentation on how devs can request their own certificate
- Check when installing ownCloud
- Add support for CRLs to allow revoking certificates
**Note:** The upgrade checks are only run when the instance has a defined release channel of `stable` (defined in `version.php`). If you want to test this, you need to change the channel thus and then generate the core signature:

As you can see a failed code check will not prevent the further update. It will instead just be a notice to the admin. In a next step we will add some nag screen.
For packaging stable releases this requires the following additional steps as a last action before zipping:
1. Run `./occ integrity:sign-core` once
2. Run `./occ integrity:sign-app` _for each_ app. However, this can be simply automated using a simple foreach on the apps folder.

[IE9] Don't send link share password placeholder

When exiting the password field in the share dialog, IE9 would
mistakenly think that the password has changed and would send the
placeholder.

Disable app icon preview in apps page for IE

All IE versions are not able to properly upscale SVG icons unless the
said SVG files contain a "viewBox" attribute, which is not always the
case. Also we cannot guarantee that all third party apps will have this
attribute in their icons.
So for now, app icons will not be displayed in IE instead of broken
ones.

We used to display the response from the server. Which is in non ISO8601
format. Now this is weird since the datepickers shows us 'DD-MM-YYYY'
once a date is chosen.
Now use momentJS to properly format the date.

hasUserShares is now fixed to ignore parent folders and only checks for
