Fixed ext storage password field order issue

The old password field is now preserved in the JSON structure to make
sure that the order is preserved.
This is a quick fix until the UI is fixed to not rely on the PHP array
key order.

Added unit tests for when adding ext storage mount points

- test config was written correctly (global and local)
- test that personal mount points can be added for allowed backends
- test that personal mount points cannot be added for disallowed backends
- added $skipTest flag to make it possible add mount points without
doing an actual check/connection (note: this is necessary because the
static class OC_Mount_Config cannot be mocked)

Stat'ing a share with url_stat now checks if the user can run 'ls' in that share rather than checking if the share is listed by the server. This means that OwnCloud can now mount user home shares, which are never listed by the server.

encoded
- Added error log output when curl connection failed

Whent trying to upload/rename/create files in a folder that was removed
or rename, the correct error message is now shown.
In the case of upload of multiple files, the upload is cancelled.
This situation can happen if the target folder was renamed or removed
from another browser window or client.

Fix warnings in logs when renaming over the web UI

The determineIcon() method was expecting attributes to be set which
caused warnings about undefined indices in the error log.
This fix pre-initializes the array with 'directory' and
'isPreviewAvailable' to make them disappear.

Added exception logger plugin for sabre connector
...
Whenever an exception occurs in the sabre connector code or code called
by it, it will be logged.
This plugin approach is needed because Sabre already catches exceptions
to return them to the client in the XML response, so they don't appear
logged in the web server log.
This will make it much easier to debug syncing issues.

...
The cache isn't cleared properly because unlink() doesn't remove the
cache entry which caused side-effects when reusing the same file name
(which randomly happens when time() returns the same value)
This fix first makes sure the unit tests don't fail any more.
The unlink() case with the cache will be investigated separately.

When reading the size of "files" mountpoints need to be excluded
...
The versions and trashbin app are now passing "includeMountPoints=false"
to "getFileInfo()" to make sure that the calculated total size doesn't
include mount points like Shared or external storage.
This is because the default call (legacy) used to return the size of
mount points as well.

Fixed files row height in Firefox/KDE
...
Firefox is using native checkboxes and in KDE the checkboxes have a
bigger height which caused the row height to increase and be misaligned
with the date column.
This fix makes the checkbox absolute to prevent it to influence the row
height.

Fixed Dropbox/Google storage async save call
...
When clicking "Grant access", the settings for Dropbox/Google were saved
through a call that gets cancelled when redirecting to the grant page
(for example in Firefox)
This fix makes sure the "save settings" call finished before redirecting
to the grant page.

Whenever a user creates a file or folder in the web UI, the input field
will contain a default file name, pre-selected up to the extension for
easier typing.
The purpose is mostly to prevent users creating text files without an
extension.

Fixed SMB rename function to overwrite target file
...
When uploading files through WebDAV, a part file is created and a rename
operation is performed with the expectation that the part file
overwrites an existing file, if any.
This fix makes the SMB external storage delete the target file before
renaming, as smbclient doesn't support overwrite on move/rename.

Having a too small widths for the files table doesn't make sense as it
overlaps file actions with the files themselves and make them
unclickable, especially when viewed on mobile phone.
The compromise that this fix introduces is to have a minimum width that
will trigger horizontal scrolling, which will at least make it possible
to click files on mobile phones.

Quota storage wrapper is now used for all users in sharing mode

When accessing a shared folder, the folder's owner appears as mountpoint
but wasn't wrapped by a quota storage wrapper.
This fix makes sure that all home storages are wrapped by a quota
storage wrapper, if applicable, to make sure quotas are respected when
uploading into shared folders.

SMB ignore connection errors when NetBIOS is disabled

When NetBIOS is blocked or disabled, a smb::look() call can still get
the list of shares from smbclient, even though the name resolution at
the end of the command fails.
This fix makes it ignore the connection error if we already got the list
of shares.

Fix for smb4php fseek
...
The stream_fseek function must return a boolean which will be mapped
to 0 for success and -1 for failure for the caller.
This patch fixes stream_fseek of smb4php to also respect this
convention.
Since the encryption app is relying on fseek to detect whether a file is
encrypted by reading the last bit of data, this will fix #5023

Deleting all files in trash now only sends a single flag
...
To prevent having to send the list of all files for deletion, only set a
flag "allfiles". This should make it a bit smoother when deleting 5000+
files.
Also fixes some "empty trash" message issues.

Previously, the storage statistics were always for the root dir.
This means that the upload button would always show the limit for the
root dir, even when uploading to a shared dir or external storage.
This fix adds a "dir" argument to getstoragestats.php.

Fixed encryption migration when entry is missing in DB

When resetting the DB and some users still have encrypted files, the
migration state isn't read properly becaue the migration entries are
missing. This causes the wrong file size to be returned.
This fix inserts the missing migration entry when this condition is met.

Added FileList.setViewerMode to hide controls
...
Some files app embed themselves under the controls (like the text
editor). The new method FileList.setViewerMode() makes it possible to
properly show/hide the control buttons using the correct permissions.
Apps using this approach must call setViewerMode(true) when starting and
setViewerMode(false) upon closing to restore the controls.
This is needed for #5284

Preview images are now pre-loaded before being set on the file element.

Creating new files, folders or uploading files now have their sharing
icon updated accordingly.
For this, the global share status list that is cached in
OC.Share.statuses is reused for new files.
Performance should improve as the sharing list is now only loaded once
per navigation session.
In OC.Share, split loadIcons into loadIcons + updateIcons.

Added ownCloud backend for external storage

To make it possible to use the short ownCloud URL (without specifying
webdav.php or remote.php), a new backend is available for ownCloud.
The user must specify the host + context path in the "Url" field (which
is mapped to the "host" parameter) and the subdir to mount in the "Root"
field.
This is to prevent confusion because some users forget to append
webdav.php or remote.php to the WebDAV URL.

Don't double-slash filenames at the root.

Replace either the end of the dir string that isn't preceded by a slash or the slash at the end of the dir string with a slash and the filename.
This prevents the root directory from ending up as two slashes, which breaks files_versions on Windows servers. See #4079 for an explanation.

Fix breadcrumb to reinit dnd after ajax nav #5064
...
Now correctly reinitializing the breadcrumb drop zone after ajax
navigation.
This also fixes dropping onto the "files" app icon.

Do not call changeDirectory() when no dir set on breadcrumb
...
Some apps like the files_trashbin app do not set a directory on its
"home" breadcrumb link.
This fix makes sure that the click event doesn't do anything in that
case and lets the browser open the link.
This fixes the "home" icon in the trashbin app which now correctly
reopens the files app.

Shortened notification message that was too long
...
The message for invalid private key was too long and didn't fit in the
notification box. This fix reduces the message to fit properly by
removing the extra information.
