Main view does not commands detail and tab views to render. Fixes JS tests.

For a predictive behaviour we need to determine who is allowed to call render
methods on the views. Either, the main view is solely allowed to call render
and views do not do anything about output until then. Or, the main view relies
on the concrete views to be ready when things are about to be shown. The latter
approach has the advantage that concrete views know when they have to update
themselves (e.g. new data arrives or information change), but the main view
has now idea of the inner workings.

In case encryption was not enabled, we accidently set encrypted = 1 for
files inside mount points, since 8.1.0. This breaks opening the files in
8.1.1 because we fixed the code that checks if a file is encrypted.
In order to fix the file, we need to reset the flag of the file. However,
the flag might be set because the file is in fact encrypted because it was
uploaded at a time where encryption was enabled.
So we can only do this when:
- Current version of ownCloud before the update is 8.1.0 or 8.2.0.(0-2)
- Encryption is disabled
- files_encryption is not known in the app config
If the first two are not the case, we are save. However, if files_encryption
values exist in the config, we might have a false negative here.
Now if there is no file with unencrypted size greater 0, that means there are
no files that are still encrypted with "files_encryption" encryption. So we
can also safely reset the flag here.
If this is not the case, we go with "better save then sorry" and don't change
the flag but write a message to the ownCloud log file.

Remove hard-dependency on disabled output_buffering

This removes the hard-dependency on output buffering as requested at https://github.com/owncloud/core/issues/16013 since a lot of distributions such as Debian and Ubuntu decided to use `4096` instead of the PHP recommended and documented default value of `off`.
However, we still should encourage disabling this setting for improved performance and reliability thus the setting switches in `.user.ini` and `.htaccess` are remaining there. It is very likely that we in other cases also should disable the output buffering but aren't doing it everywhere and thus causing memory problems.

This Pull Request introduces a SabreDAV plugin that will block all older clients than 1.6.1 to connect and sync with the ownCloud instance.
This has multiple reasons:
1. Old ownCloud client versions before 1.6.0 are not properly working with sticky cookies for load balancers and thus generating sessions en masse
2. Old ownCloud client versions tend to be horrible buggy
In some cases we had in 80minutes about 10'000 sessions created by a single user. While this change set does not really "fix" the problem as 3rdparty legacy clients are affected as well, it is a good work-around and hopefully should force users to update their client

Replace originalStorage in tests with a proper teardown

The purpose of $originalStorage in unit tests was to remount the old
root.
However that storage itself is already wrapped by storage wrapper, so
remounting it would rewrap the storage several times.
This fix makes use of "loginAsUser()" and "logout()" from the TestCase
class to properly initialize and cleanup the FS as expected.

Add OC_Response::setContentLengthHeader() for Apache PHP SAPI workaround.
...
Do not send Content-Length headers with a value larger than PHP_INT_MAX
(2147483647) on Apache PHP SAPI 32-bit. PHP will eat them and send 2147483647
instead.
When X-Sendfile is enabled, Apache will send a correct Content-Length header,
even for files larger than 2147483647 bytes. When X-Sendfile is not enabled,
ownCloud will not send a Content-Length header. This prevents progress bars
from working, but allows the actual transfer to work properly.

Thus the function is now manually casting the type to a string and I corrected the usage in list.php as well.

`\OCA\Files\Helper::buildFileStorageStatistics` might throw an exception from `OC_Helper::getStorageInfo`, previously this lead to a uncatched exception being thrown when invoking this methods.
This was user triggable by for example calling `/index.php/apps/files/ajax/delete.php` with a not existing dir (for example `dir=asdf/../&allfiles=true`)

We already use `.text()` here which automatically properly encodes the string. Thus the string will be double-encoded and look ugly. (i.e. when you search for ">" you will see "No results found for >")

Otherwise when the file without any specified mimetype was accessed the error log was flooded with entries such as "Undefined index: mime", there can be multiple issues found about this in the forum and our bugtracker.
To test this access `/index.php/apps/files/ajax/mimeicon.php` with and without `$_GET['mime']`.
Fixes itself.

The codepath for generating the favicons iterates through subnodes and if one of those nodes is unavailable is throwing a 503 exception. Since these favicons don't have any use except of "making a tool for developers looking nicer" I consider it feasible to remove them.

Instead of hard coding page size as 20 items, we check real page height, and divide by 50 (height of one row).
This will allow to load fewer items on small screens and enough items on large screens (4k, portrait orientation, etc.).

When moving files on storages that don't expose permissions, the storage
itself might throw an exception when the permission is denied.

Now using a natural sort algorithm that is more consistent between JS
and PHP (although not perfect in some corner cases)
- added OC.Util.naturalSortComparator that uses the same algo that was
used for the user list
- changed user list and files list to use OC.Util.naturalSortComparator
- removed toLowerCase() and changed the comparator to use
String.localeCompare()
- added unit tests
- added OC_NaturalSort that is used by OCP\Util::naturalSortCompare()

Added mountType attribute for files/folder to indicated whether they are
regular, external or shared.
The client side then adapts the "Delete" action hint text based on this
information.
Only the mount roots must have the delete icon hint adapted.
To make this detectable on the client side, the mountType can now
be null, "shared", "shared-root", "external" or "external-root".
This also gives room to icon customization on the client side.

Whenever file actions are modified, either by registering new actions or
when appending a new page of entries, the sharing app is now notified so
it can correctly refresh the sharing icon status.
Additionally, the core's loadIcons() method is also used to load the
existing shares and also refresh the sharing icons afterwards.

Whenever file actions are registered later, now the file lists are
automatically notified.
Added FileActions.addUpdateListener() to be able to receive such
notifications.
This removes the need for apps to manually call FileActions.display()
after registering new actions.
This fixes issues with race conditions when file actions are
registered after the file list was already rendered.

Breadcrumb width calculation fix

Rewrote the breadcrumb calculation to be more readable.
Breadcrumb now has a setMaxWidth() method to set the maximum allowed
width which is used to fit the breadcrumbs.
The breadcrumb width is now based on the container width, passed through
setMaxWidth() by the FileList class.
Now using fixed widths for the test crumbs to simulate consistent
widths across browsers which rendering engines might usually yield
different results.

Distinguish legacy file actions from regular file actions

Legacy file actions are registered by legacy apps through
window.FileActions.register(). These actions can only be used by the
main file list ("all files") because legacy apps can only deal with a
single list / container.
New file actions of compatible apps must be registered through
OCA.Files.fileActions. These will be used for other lists like the
sharing overview.
Fixed versions and sharing actions to use OCA.Files.fileActions, which
makes them available in the sharing overview list.

what the path of the file was without having to look it up from the file
list.
Fixed versions app to use the context.dir instead of the old $('#dir')

It turns out that the sharing dropdown is embedded into the table row
for some reason.
This fix makes use of a more specific selector for the checkboxes and
file name links to make sure it doesn't spill into any other potential
elements like the sharing dialog.

The FileList.files model is now updated with file operations.
Adding files to the list will add to the model first, then to the DOM.
If the insertion point isn't visible yet, the file won't be added to the
DOM until the user scrolls down.
Updated unit tests to include checking for the correct insertion point.

Files app:
- removed file list template, now rendering list from JSON response
- FileList.addFile/addDir is now FileList.add() and takes a JS map with all required
arguments instead of having a long number of function arguments
- added unit tests for many FileList operations
- fixed newfile.php, newfolder.php and rename.php to return the file's
full JSON on success
- removed obsolete/unused undo code
- removed download_url / loading options, now using
Files.getDownloadUrl() for that
- server side now uses Helper::getFileInfo() to prepare file JSON response
- previews are now client-side only
Breadcrumbs are now JS only:
- Added BreadCrumb class to handle breadcrumb rendering and events
- Added unit test for BreadCrumb class
- Moved all relevant JS functions to the BreadCrumb class
Public page now uses ajax to load the file list:
- Added Helper class in sharing app to make it easier to authenticate
and retrieve the file's real path
- Added ajax/list.php to retrieve the file list
- Fixed FileActions and FileList to work with the ajax list
Core:
- Fixed file picker dialog to use the same list format as files app

Whent trying to upload/rename/create files in a folder that was removed
or rename, the correct error message is now shown.
In the case of upload of multiple files, the upload is cancelled.
This situation can happen if the target folder was renamed or removed
from another browser window or client.

Fix warnings in logs when renaming over the web UI
...
The determineIcon() method was expecting attributes to be set which
caused warnings about undefined indices in the error log.
This fix pre-initializes the array with 'directory' and
'isPreviewAvailable' to make them disappear.

Added exception logger plugin for sabre connector
...
Whenever an exception occurs in the sabre connector code or code called
by it, it will be logged.
This plugin approach is needed because Sabre already catches exceptions
to return them to the client in the XML response, so they don't appear
logged in the web server log.
This will make it much easier to debug syncing issues.

Firefox is using native checkboxes and in KDE the checkboxes have a
bigger height which caused the row height to increase and be misaligned
with the date column.
This fix makes the checkbox absolute to prevent it to influence the row

Having a too small widths for the files table doesn't make sense as it
overlaps file actions with the files themselves and make them
unclickable, especially when viewed on mobile phone.
The compromise that this fix introduces is to have a minimum width that
will trigger horizontal scrolling, which will at least make it possible
to click files on mobile phones.

Quota storage wrapper is now used for all users in sharing mode

When accessing a shared folder, the folder's owner appears as mountpoint
but wasn't wrapped by a quota storage wrapper.
This fix makes sure that all home storages are wrapped by a quota
storage wrapper, if applicable, to make sure quotas are respected when

flag "allfiles". This should make it a bit smoother when deleting 5000+
files.

Previously, the storage statistics were always for the root dir.
This means that the upload button would always show the limit for the
root dir, even when uploading to a shared dir or external storage.
This fix adds a "dir" argument to getstoragestats.php.

Added FileList.setViewerMode to hide controls

Some files app embed themselves under the controls (like the text
editor). The new method FileList.setViewerMode() makes it possible to
properly show/hide the control buttons using the correct permissions.
Apps using this approach must call setViewerMode(true) when starting and
setViewerMode(false) upon closing to restore the controls.
This is needed for #5284

Fixed sharing status update for new/uploaded files

Creating new files, folders or uploading files now have their sharing
icon updated accordingly.
For this, the global share status list that is cached in
OC.Share.statuses is reused for new files.
Performance should improve as the sharing list is now only loaded once
per navigation session.
In OC.Share, split loadIcons into loadIcons + updateIcons.

Do not call changeDirectory() when no dir set on breadcrumb

Some apps like the files_trashbin app do not set a directory on its
"home" breadcrumb link.
This fix makes sure that the click event doesn't do anything in that
case and lets the browser open the link.
This fixes the "home" icon in the trashbin app which now correctly
reopens the files app.

directory using plus signs.

...
when _ is left in namespace and files are named after their classes the autoloader will also find classes in the lib folder of an app
its magic!

Use hash part of URL for IE8 in files app
...
Before this fix, the URL wasn't updated in IE8 when navigating into
folders.
This fix makes use of the hash part of URLs to make this work in IE8,
since IE8 doesn't support the history API nor changing the URL without
redirecting.
From now, both the regular query URL "?dir=somedir" and "#?dir=somedir"
will work in both IE8 and non-IE8 browsers.
In IE8, query based URLs are automatically converted to hash URLs upon
page load. The conversion is done on the server side by redirecting the
user to the updated URL.
When loading a page directly using a hash URL in the form
"#?dir=somedir" in IE8, the server doesn't get the hash, so it will not
return any results in that case and rely on ajax to load the first page.

Changed breadcrumb event handling to not use delegate
...
Using delegate might break apps that embed themselves in the files
container. When an app embeds itself and the user clicks a breadcrumb,
it will simply reload the whole browser page.

Frontend:
- The files app list now uses ajax calls to refresh the list.
- Added support the browser back button (history API).
- Added mask + spinner while loading file list
Backend:
- Added utility function in core JS for parsing query strings.
- Moved file list + breadcrumb template data code to helper
functions
- Fixed some file paths in trashbin app to be similar to the files app

ignore the whole rule.
